Do you work after hours?
Although our office hours are 8am to 5 pm, we are available 24-7.
Do you provide power and water?
When there is no power or electricity available at the jobsite, we do provide our own water and generators for an additional fee.
What if the area that needs to be cut or drilled is at a higher reach?
When cutting anything over 10’ high, we request that the customer supply OSHA approved scaffolding, scissor lift or boom lift, depending on the work area. We can supply our own scaffolding or lifts for an additional fee.
The job calls for cutting indoors, how do you contain the exhaust fumes?
When cutting indoors, we offer electric or hydraulic equipment. Our electric saws are 3 Phase 480 V and if there is no power at the jobsite, we can provide generators.
Our company requires contractors to provide insurance. Are you insured?
Yes, PowerPro Concrete Cutting is insured with commercial general liability, commercial auto, and workman’s compensation insurance. There are some customers that require additional insurance to which we are capable of providing.
What payments do you accept and what are your terms?
Our terms are due upon completion, or net 30 for approved customers. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
I have a project that needs to get done right away. How soon can you get to it?
We can typically get to your project within 24hrs. We will need a signed copy of the quote you received from us.
We are from out of town and will be working in your area. We are looking for qualified plumbers/electricians or other trades to help with the project. Could you recommend contractors?
